The rehearsals for the Las Vegas engagement were now replaced to the showroom, commencing at 1:00 p.m. each day. Last August Elvis was dissatisfied with the sound of the showroom, so now engineer Bill Porter was hired to help Felton run the sound board during the show.

Elvis began with the rehearsals at the Hilton Showroom with the whole group at noon, continuing for the next 2 days.

Rehearsals were held in the Las Vegas Hilton showroom for 3 days, beginning at noon each day.
