Today, on 31 January in Elvis History

Elvis called Dixie, who he met the night before, and they went to the movies.

Again Elvis was in the RCA studio in New York and he began the session at noon and ended it at 3:00 p.m. He recorded only 2 songs and was interviewed by Fred Danzig, a young reporter from New York.
