Elvis and Vera visited the set of a Viking Movie that was being made at the film studios in Munchen-Geiselgasteig. Elvis, Red and Lamar returned to the Moulin Rouge alone.

Elvis reported to MGM for preproduction of his new film, Live A Little, Love A Little.

Elvis returned to Los Angeles, moving back into the unsold Hillcrest house, while Priscilla remained at the Monovale address.

Elvis performed at the Civic Center, Monroe, Louisiana. Due to internal arguments within Voice, Sherrill Nielsen left the tour after this date and was replaced by Per-Erik Hallin.

Elvis and friends arrived on Hawaii and checked into the Hilton Rainbow Tower. After 2 days Elvis and the Alden sisters, including a couple of guys moved to a beach house on the west side of Oahu.
