Elvis performed at the Mississippi State Fair Coliseum, Jackson, Mississippi, which was once again a benefit performance conceived by the Colonel.

The show played in Birmingham, Alabama, with Scotty and Bill but without Elvis, who returned to Memphis. There he attended Dixie's junior prom.

During his final show at the New Frontier Hotel Elvis introduced "Blue Suede Shoes" as: "This song here is called 'Get out of the stables, Grandma, you're too old to be horsing around'".
- 1957 -
Elvis reported to the MGM studio to meet with the producer and the director of Loving You. He got Clark Gable's dressing room and the rest of the week was spent with costume fittings, makeup tests and dace rehearsals.
- 1960 -
Elvis worked at Radio Recorders from 1:00 to 10:00 p.m. recording for G.I. Blues.
- 1974 -
Elvis flew to Los Angeles to get ready for a short California tour, which would be followed by another Tahoe engagement.
- 1975 -
Elvis performed at the Middle Tennessee state University Athletic Center, Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
